Aleksandra Skvortsova

Head of Recruitment

Alexandra Skvortsova graduated from Moscow State University in 1999 with a degree in Philology. In 2004, she completed a two-year Management Certificate Program at the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, USA.

She began her career in 1999 at ANCOR as a Researcher. Over five years, she advanced to Recruitment Consultant, then to Team Leader, and ultimately led the Recruitment Department.

In 2021, Alexandra joined Geliosoft (ANCOR Group software development company) as Sales Project Manager. Building on her experience in high-tech, she was appointed Automation Product Manager in the Recruitment Department in 2022.

Alexandra's appointment underscores ANCOR’s commitment to strengthening its presence and leadership in the Thailand market.
