Feedback from ANCOR employees

I have been with ANCOR for just over a year now and have found it to be a very enjoyable one. I have very much enjoyed working within the Senior Management team within the business and shaping the direction ANCOR Thailand is moving.  

I initially joined ANCOR in September 2019, and nearly 2 years later, firmly believe this has been the best decision I have made in my working career. I was fortunate enough to be put forward into the unique position of a Project Manager for the new Eastern Seaboard office in Thailand and during this last year have learnt so much about myself, the value I want to bring to ANCOR and skills that have been developed through training and experience.

I have been with ANCOR Thailand since November 2020 as Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Commercial IT division. The experiences I have gained along the way are irreplaceable and valuable to my career growth. I will always be thankful to the people who believed in me and gave me this opportunity to grow, not only within the company but also as a person.

I joined ANCOR Thailand in July 2021 to lead a new division for IT Contracting. I have been in the recruitment industry for 16 years and done both agency and in house roles with several different companies in Thailand. I had an extremely warm welcome by the ANCOR Thailand team and was also contacted for the COVID 19 Vaccine prior to even joining the company.

I joined ANCOR in March 2019 as Principal Consultant for the Agri Division, I come from a core Human Resources background within the FMCG industry and have been associated with global FMCG industry leaders in the capacity of Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering roles based out of Karachi, Pakistan.
