Faizan Graduated with a bachelor’s in business administration with a CGPA of 3.0 from Greenwich University based in Karachi, Pakistan in 2010.

He first got involved in HR activities as an assessor in assessment centers with a local HR consulting firm (Insolito Associates Pvt Ltd) in 2009. Post-graduation he had an experience in 2 local staffing agencies before moving into corporate in-house Human Resources in January 2012. His corporate experience started with Unilever Pakistan initially in recruitment and then moving towards HR Business Partnering for Customer Development (Sales). He moved on organizations such as Phillip Morris International and Friesland Campina in HR Business Partnering roles covering functions such as marketing, finance, HR, legal, compliance, corporate affairs and information technology. He was involved in various initiatives related to change management, employer branding, organizational restructuring, talent acquisition, training & development and talent and performance management.

Faizan joined ANCOR Thailand in March 2019 as a principal consultant (sales) managing the Agri division before moving to Head of FMCG and then the Human Resource desk. Since January 2021 he is holding the position of Head of Human Resources & Admin.

He has received standards of leadership (SOL) awards when in Unilever Pakistan covering areas such as “Growth Mindset” & “Building Talent & Teams” in 2012 and 2014 respectively.
