ANCOR Thailand Launches New HR Division
The division will fall under the Commercial team and will report into the Commercial Director, Teeragan Davies.
MD Richard Malpeli was quoted “This is a key area of focus for us over the next few years. As we launch new business lines into the Thai market it is critical with strengthen our relationships with the HR function across industries. If you look at Faizans background, with years of experience as HRBP in some huge Multi nationals, it made sense that he was the right person for the job. He really understands aspects of the industry that goes way beyond anyone else I have met in Recruitment. I believe he will be able to offer a real value add to HR professionals in Thailand”
Faizan will cover all areas of the HR function including positions such as CPO, CRO, HRD, HRM, OD, Training, ER and TA.
Faizan Ahmed was also quoted as saying “The Human Resource function is a fundamental department now & going forward as the HR/ people agenda’s become completely aligned with the business strategy and deliverables. HR professionals today have to be completely embedded within the commercial business and continue to add value above & beyond their core responsibilities.”
