The process of adapting to a new place of work, colleagues, corporate culture and tasks is no less difficult and exciting than the job search itself. Most people, even by the time they go through their first interview, already have a good amount of accumulated experience in adapting and choosing behavioral patterns. We went through this in school, in college, in different companies… We spent most of our lives socializing, learning how to behave in society, interacting and trying to understand others.

- Questions. Don't be shy about asking questions. It is necessary to learn as much as possible about the work of the team and the peculiarities of the company's industry. The more you know, the more confident you feel about your team and your own work.
- Mistakes. We all make mistakes, so don't be afraid of that. For any beginner, certain things can be difficult or seem unclear. Mistakes only help you to get oriented faster if you are learning from them.
- Team. Building good relationships with colleagues is an important element of psychological comfort at work. It is important not to avoid communication and to use appropriate occasions for communication: lunch, corporate events, activities, etc.
