Updates from the Head of Recruitment at ANCOR
For the second time in a row, ANCOR is on the list of the biggest providers of professional recruitment globally which is a fantastic achievement for the whole company.
In 2022, our Recruitment team in Thailand is on course to have a record-breaking year for sales revenue, for its 2nd consecutive year.
Our Bangkok-based teams are going from strength to strength and Eastern Seaboard team has already seen an office move, doubling headcount from last year as well as already achieving 300% growth on their 2021 figures. All our Recruitment teams have built on last year’s success and I am very proud of everyone’s accomplishments this year to date.
The market has seen a gradual recovery over the course of 2022, with many clients already looking ahead to 2023 hiring plans and an increase in hiring demand. This is a really positive sign within the whole industry. As a result of this, we are expanding in all our teams to meet the demand by hiring more staff within an already brilliant team.
Personally, I value continuous improvement and have a passion for developing people. We are working hard with our HR team to continuously try to upskill our recruitment consultants and improve our internal processes by providing ongoing training. This will be led by myself and Team Leaders within the business over the coming months. I would like to thank the Team Leaders and our HR for all their support with this and it is something I know will benefit the whole business and our consultants overall.
In addition to Thailand, we have plans to expand through South East Asia with a Vietnam office due to open in 2023.
Companies often say their most important asset is their people and I completely agree with this. I honestly believe the team we have at ANCOR now is one of the best I have ever worked with.
