For clients facing issues taking on additional permanent head count, we are offering a 3 month initial contract under ANCOR Thailand through our Outsourcing division. We will payroll the employee for the first three months after which the employee will be converted to a permanent head count with our clients.

What we offer:

 We find a qualified candidate for you
 We hire & payroll the candidate for 3 months
 You pay for HR administration fee only
 After 3 months, you can extend the contract if you like
 We charge a recruitment fee should you decide to hire the candidate or extend the payroll
